Please be advised that the BGAN service within the Indian and Atlantic Ocean Regions is once again fully operational.
Inmarsat will continue to monitor the network for the next 24 hours at which time an investigation in to the root cause of the problem will be launched. Should you or your customer’s experience any difficulties in utilizing the BGAN service then please contact MVS customer service team immediately and we will ensure that the matter is escalated immediately to Inmarsat Technical Support and Engineering teams.
