Customer Care/ Logistics Specialist
MVS USA – Northern NJ

Job Description:

Global satellite communications leader, looking for a Customer Care Logistics representative. Career building job opportunity. This entry level position requires the applicant to be technologically savvy. The position includes customer contact over the phone. Knowledge and experience in the communications industry would be preferred. Company will invest career training in a high tech field in exchange for person with drive, commitment and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively managing incoming customer calls
  • Provide world class customer service by responding to incoming inquiries
  • Outbound follow up calls and emails until inquiry is resolved in timely fashion
  •  Manage administrative duties: order management, emails, tracking shipping/delivery, research, updating online store details
  • Desired Skills and Experience:
  • IP Data knowledge
  • Enthusiastic, goal oriented professional
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Ability to stay on task
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of Sales Force would be a plus
  • Willingness to learn and flexibility

Preferred applicants will be from the Northern NJ area. Position will be located in our brand new offices in Hawthorne, NJ. Company is looking to fill both a full-time and a part-time position.
